Feedback

When a betting rule looks clear in the headline but changes in the settlement details, that is the kind of gap worth flagging. Settlement Margin uses feedback to catch those breaks between stated conditions, market availability, and the way a result is finally settled.

What to send

Use feedback to point out a condition that looks inconsistent, a bet type that is missing context, or a settlement note that could be read more than one way. Short, concrete examples are best.

Method 1: rule mismatch

If a promotion, market, or availability note appears to conflict with the settlement practice described elsewhere on the site, send the exact wording you saw and where it appeared.

Method 2: unclear settlement language

If a result depends on a house rule, void condition, or timing rule that is not easy to follow, note the bet type and the point where the wording becomes unclear.

Method 3: topic correction

If a page drifts away from betting conditions and starts leaning on unrelated detail, tell us which section should be tightened or removed.

What helps most

  • The page title or section name
  • The exact phrase that caused the issue
  • A short note on why the rule feels incomplete
  • Any Australian context that changes how the condition should be read

What feedback is not for

Feedback is not a place for account support, betting advice, or requests for personal outcomes. It is a reporting channel for the clarity and consistency of the site itself.

Decision summary

If something affects how a betting condition is understood or settled, send it. If it is only a preference, leave it out.

Checklist: cite the page, quote the rule, explain the tension, and keep the note focused on settlement or availability.
